What kind of a computer is required? For the moment we have versions that run on Windows XP and on Macintosh OS 10.2 and above. The Windows XP version may also run on Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me and Windows NT, but the software has not been thoroughly tested on these platforms. However, in every platform QuickTime is required. This can be downloaded for free from Apple's website, www.apple.com.

As far as hardware is concerned, the software requires about 200 MB of hard disk space. The minimum required resolution of the screen is 800 X 600 pixels.

Does this software run on the new Intel-based Macs? Short answer: Yes, perfectly. Long answer that is only interesting to computer geeks: Yes, but not natively; the programs go through Rosetta. In the near future we will have Universal Binary versions that will run natively on both IBM (G3, G4, G5) and Intel processors.

My child does not know how to use the mouse. Can he use a touchscreen? Yes, definitely. You can use a touchscreen instead of a mouse. That is how our son started using this software. Go to "Useful Links" to see a list of touchscreen vendors (not associated with Jabuguín).
Do you have a version of this software for a language other than English? Yes, we have a version in Spanish and we are currently developing versions in French, Italian and German.
